1. Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@chronosselect.co to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
